By adding AlphaGameBot to your Discord server or using any of its features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our bot.

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through the bot's announcement channel or through our support server.

2. Description of Service

AlphaGameBot is a Discord bot providing various gaming-related features including but not limited to user leveling, command interactions, and server engagement tools. While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times.

3. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

When using AlphaGameBot, you agree not to:

• Use the bot for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to manipulate the bot's features for unfair advantage
• Abuse, harass, or threaten other users through the bot's features
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities (please report them instead)
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the bot
• Use automated scripts to interact with the bot

We reserve the right to deny service to anyone who violates these terms.

4. Data Collection and Privacy

AlphaGameBot collects and stores certain data necessary for its operation, including:

• Discord user IDs for tracking XP and levels
• Server IDs for server-specific configurations
• Message counts (but not message content) for leveling systems
• Command usage statistics

5. Intellectual Property

AlphaGameBot is open-source software. The code is available under the terms of the MIT license on our GitHub repository. However, the AlphaGameBot name, logo, and branding are proprietary and may not be used without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

AlphaGameBot and its developers are not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits
• Service interruptions or failures
• Damages resulting from third-party actions

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our bot without prior notice for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our discretion.
