• Server Information: Discord server IDs where the bot is used to maintain server-specific settings
• Usage Data: Command usage statistics and message counts (but not message content) for the leveling system
• Interaction Data: Records of interactions with the bot's features such as commands used

We do NOT collect or store:

• The content of your messages
• Your personal information such as email address, real name, or location
• Information about your Discord server members who don't interact with the bot
• Your IP address or device information

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and maintain the bot's functionality, including the leveling system and command responses
• Store and track user experience and levels
• Customize server-specific settings based on your preferences
• Monitor and analyze usage patterns to improve our service

If you remove AlphaGameBot from your server, we will retain your data for a maximum of 30 days before it is permanently deleted, unless retention is required by law.
